SNAPPED: Sniffing for trouble in the legislature

Wyoming Highway Patrol K-9 officer Jeramy Pittsley leads Scout through the house chambers before the first day of the 2019 general session of the Wyoming Legislature at the Jonah Business Center on Tuesday, Jan. 8, in Cheyenne. Scout, a 3-year-old black lab, is trained to sniff out explosives and is brought through the entire building before the start of each day during the session as a safety measure, according to Pittsley. This is the fourth and final session the legislature will be meeting at the office building while the historic Wyoming State Capital undergoes a complete renovation. (Dan Cepeda, Oil City)
