The Community Health Centers of Central Wyoming is proud to announce Jennifer Lee, FNP-C as the newest provider to our ever-expanding team. Jennifer is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has spent years developing her skills, in an effort to provide the community members of Casper with the care and expertise that they deserve.

“I could not be more thrilled to be joining the team at CHCCW,” Jennifer stated. “I was born and raised here in Casper, love the community and I enjoy spending time in Wyoming’s outdoors with my husband, son and our two dogs.”

A “Wyoming Girl” through and through, when Jennifer is not providing top-notch healthcare, she can be found enjoying all of the beauty that is exclusive to this great state. Her biggest passion, however, is taking care of the community that has raised her.

“I have been witness to the extraordinary care patients receive at this facility, and I am excited to contribute my skills to continue the incredible standard of excellence set by CHCCW,” Jennifer said.

She continued, saying “As a provider, I was drawn to a career at CHCCW because multiple specialties housed in this facility provide valuable resources for myself, as well as improved access to healthcare for our patients.”

It is because of the various resources that make up the Community Health Center, that we are second-to-none when it comes to patient care and services provided. These services include access to Quick Care, an in-house pharmacy, IMPACT services, OB/GYN, Diagnostics and more.

Dr. Karl Radke, Chief Medical Officer of CHCCW, believes adding a Family Nurse Practitioner to the team is an essential aspect of continuing to provide the best service to members of the community.

“We are incredibly pleased to have homegrown talent join our staff,” Radke stated. “Jennifer has proven herself extremely capable time and time again, in a variety of venues, and we look forward to having her care for the good people of Casper for years to come.”

By adding a FNP-C to our team, we are showing that we’re continually committed to providing new and innovative ways to take care of our community because, indeed, we are your health.

Jennifer couldn’t agree more, stating that she is “honored to have the opportunity to provide hometown healthcare to the wonderful people of Casper.”
